Proxy List Script

In order for WProxyList Plugin to function properly you need to have the following:

• Wordpress 2.8+
• Ioncube Loaders
• file_get_contents enabled

* we are currently working on cUrl for the IP check, but for now you must use file_get_contents (allow_url_access)
